From significant disruptions like displacement from natural disasters to small inconveniences like rising prices of coffee and chocolate, climate change is a global issue that affects us all. But we can take action to make a difference. Wren's actions page offers resources for anyone to get started, no matter where they are.

It all starts with individual actions. By making small changes that add up to significant emissions reductions in our daily lives, like changing our commute and composting our food waste, we can collectively make a huge impact. In fact, if 50% of the world switched to a plant-rich diet, we’d save 75 gigatons of CO2 by 2060. That’s 2 years worth of global emissions!

   Bigger changes, like retrofitting our homes, help shift social norms. According to research, if one in four people in your community adopts a new norm, like buying secondhand, that’s enough people for the rest of the community to accept the new norm and potentially follow.

But we can't stop there. We must also take action on a larger scale. By getting involved in climate advocacy, attending protests and rallies, and writing to our elected representatives, we can make our voices heard and demand real change.

Advocacy can also look like bringing up climate change in your workplace and challenging your team to consider ways to be more sustainable. As long as we stand together, we can create a powerful force that can't be ignored.

Taking action on climate change looks different depending on where you live and your circumstances, but the need for action is universal. Start with what avenues are available in your country and what you have the most capacity for.
